Avocado Bacon Toast

  1. Heat up a pan on medium-high heat. Break the slices of bacon in half and add the pieces to the pan. Add a pinch of salt and black pepper to the bacon. Cook the bacon until crispy on one side, then flip and cook the other side until crispy. Let the bacon cool by placing the pieces on paper towels.

  2. Slice the avocados into chunks and then add the avocado into a bowl with lemon juice and lemon pepper. Smash the avocados until they are as smooth as you like.

  3. Toast the slices of sourdough bread. Then, spread your avocado spread onto the bread and top with the crispy bacon. Sprinkle lemon pepper on top and enjoy!
